Enhancements to the interior and exterior are coming to the St. Clair Beach Community Centre starting in July 2026. These improvements will ensure the centre meets the diverse needs of the community by extending the offerings of the facility, improving accessibility, and enhancing its overall appeal. The project is set to be completed by February 2027.

The St. Clair Beach Community Centre is a 4000 square foot facility located at 13731 St. Gregory's Road, Tecumseh, ON.

This renewal project will include these key improvements:

  • New Multi-Use Program Room With an Operable Partition Wall
  • New Men’s, Women’s, and Universal washrooms.
  • New Serveries/Kitchenette
  • New Reception/Common area
  • New Storage Facilities
  • New Enclosed Refuse Area
  • Exterior Window Replacements
  • New Main Entrance Lobby
  • New Exterior Lighting
  • New ACM Paneling on Existing Façade
  • Mechanical and Electrical Upgrade
  • Sanitary System Upgrades
  • Sidewalk Reconstruction
