To support growing usage at the St. Clair Beach Community Centre, especially as the centre continues to host more programming and activities for seniors, this project will introduce new and improved accommodations for families and older adults.

This project will include these key improvements:

• Expanded Playground Area
• Replacement of Outdoor Pavilion
• Expanded Plaza Areas with Accessibility Enhancements

Portions of the area will be closed off and inaccessible during construction.
