The parking lot at the St. Clair Beach Community Centre will be redeveloped and resurfaced to accommodate more parking and improve accessibility to the Community Centre, Optimist Park, Sports Fields, St. André French Immersion Catholic Elementary School, and surrounding area.

This renewal project will include these key improvements:

• Parking lot entryway will be moved slightly West to connect the parking lot to the intersection between St. Gregory's Road and Edgewater
• Removal of interior barriers to connect the two sections between the Community Centre and St. André French Immersion Catholic Elementary School
